Our Foundation

Our Story

Healing Crown Foundation was born from a deep belief that Black and Brown communities deserve mental health care that truly sees them.

Built by Community, for Community

Healing Crown Foundation was founded with a singular vision: to create a healing space where Black and Brown individuals are not just welcomed, but celebrated. We recognized that traditional mental health systems often fail to account for the cultural, historical, and lived experiences of our communities.

We built something different. A foundation rooted in cultural affirmation, creative expression, and holistic wellness — where healing is not a clinical transaction but a communal journey. From art therapy to yoga, from music therapy to meditation, every program we offer is designed with our community's dignity and wholeness at the center.

Our Mission

To empower Black and Brown communities through culturally affirming mental health services, creative therapies, and holistic wellness — honoring the full humanity of every person we serve.

Our Vision

A world where every Black and Brown person has access to healing spaces that affirm their identity, honor their history, and celebrate their resilience.
